Originally from Tuscany, with professional training in Milan, capital of food and fashion, with experience in the best luxury hotels in Veneto, Trentino and South-Tyrol. He was appointed as “king of the Italian Cuisine in Amsterdam” from food critic Johannes van Dam. The most important food magazines, like “OK MAGAZINE” have written about him and his recipes.
