Here at the Italian School of Cooking we are very excited as our extraordinary Director Giuseppe Crupi will be on stage at the Food and Wine Christmas show at the RDS Main Hall that for the occasion will be transformed into a winter wonderland for the weekend from 30 November to 2 December.

Giuseppe will be performing on stage giving special hints on how to impress your guests for your Christmas dinner.

Giuseppe will also give a master-class interacting with the audience to make fresh pasta in different shapes and colour and telling stories and anecdotes on pasta and Christmas dinner in Italy.

The show is the most important of the year and will host Ireland’s top chefs so don’t miss it and come to visit us at our stand to taste delicious Italian products and get the perfect idea for your Christmas presents for family and friends.
