Price includes: 4 night stay in "agriturismo" - full board - Bologna Airport or downtown transfer -
3 x 1/2 day hands-on cooking lessons, visit to Parmesan Creamery, visit to Balsamic Museum. Organized walks to collect whatever is in season in the hedgerows and woods.
Each student will receive a customized apron and a recipe folder with the recipes of the week enclosed.
Each student will have their own en suite room.
Wine or other beverages consumed to be paid by student. Price excludes Air Fare and travel and holiday insurance.
