This funny little Italian has been open for a year now and is making serious waves in Ranelagh and beyond. The key, according to manager Carlo Santinelli, is the freshness of the ingredients. "When a meal is ordered, you can see the chef go out of the kitchen, over to the deli and cut up the meat and cheese and use the oven for the bread. Everything is made then and there."

The Food&Wine magazine Christmas Show 2009, this beautiful foodie event is a perfect place to meet our customers and, why not... boost sales in the run up to the festive season.
We are going to be there at the "Eat out zone", thanks to Pinocchio, one of the top restaurants in Dublin.

The evening wine classes begin at 6pm.
The wine classes cover a range of excellent wines from different Italian regions and feature various grape varieties. A total of 4 wines will be sampled as part of the tutored tasting.
